MEME MIA!

Artwork by RimFrost

I got tagged by Sonic to do this song meme - which in a way, challenges my music knowledge. I do listen to a varied of different music genres though - anything from Smooth Jazz, Rock, Pop, Retro, Hip Hop, R&B, Ballads, Classical, Instrumental and New Age. Since there's nothing to lose (nor gain), so what the heck....here goes my music roll:-

1. A song by a Beatle/Beatles:
A Hard Day's Night (my personal anthem)

2. A song featuring piano as the main instrument:
Fields of Gold by Emi Fujita (cover of Sting)

3. A song with a woman’s name in the title:
Judy, Judy, Judy by Johnny Tillotson

4. A song with a man’s name in the title:

5. A song about money:

6. A song with weather in the title:

7. A song with parentheses in the title (these are parentheses):

8. A song made by a punk band:
Blitzkrieg Bop by The Ramones

9. A song with the word “song” in the title:
Love Song for a Vampire by Annie Lennox

10. A song you love so much you stop and listen whenever you hear it/ put it on repeat mode and never get sick of it:
Sailing by Rod Stewart

Hmm...with that ankh, is she (the artwork) supposed to be "Death"? :>

About Rod Stewart's Sailing, do you know there's a grimmer version? Where it's continued with:
We are sinking
we are sinking
down again
who'll see.

We are sinking
cold slaughters
to rid of blue
two must free.

But of course I might just make it up.
